1。 Later in the morning I went swimming in the river.(later or late?)2. I looked in the direction of the cry and found a little boy had fallen into the river.

1. 这里没有比较，没有必要用比较级，用late就好。说的是：上午晚些时候。2. found 后面 要改成 a little boy fallen into the river. 因为是要用过去分词作宾补。
